NVIDIA has paired 768 MB GDDR3 memory with the Quadro FX 1800, which are connected using a 192-bit memory interface. It features 64 shading units, 32 texture mapping units, and 12 ROPs. The G94 graphics processor is an average sized chip with a die area of 240 mm² and 505 million transistors. Even though it supports DirectX 11, the feature level is only 10_0, which can be problematic with many DirectX 11 & DirectX 12 titles. Built on the 65 nm process, and based on the G94 graphics processor, in its G94 GL-U variant, the card supports DirectX 11.1. The Quadro FX 1800 was a high-end professional graphics card by NVIDIA, launched on March 30th, 2009.
